Questions before booking.
Do I need a large room?
No. We plan a suitable portable studio setup around the space available in your home. If you are unsure, send us an enquiry first.
What happens after I choose a date?
You submit a preferred date and pay the 50% deposit. We review the request, confirm the time or offer an alternative, and you approve everything through your client portal.
Are the photographs digital?
Yes. Your package includes 25 fully edited high-resolution digital photographs delivered through a secure private gallery. Printed products are not included.
How does the travel fee work?
Your address is checked during booking. Any travel fee is calculated from our private studio base and clearly shown before payment; our home address is never displayed publicly.
Can I change my booking date?
You may request a date change before the final 24 hours. Changes cannot be made within 24 hours of the confirmed session, and payments are not refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
