These working terms should be reviewed for the final business before accepting live bookings.
Reservations
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when the customer submits a date and time request. The studio will only review and approve the request after the deposit has been received. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 24 hours before the final agreed session.
Rescheduling and weather
Outdoor family sessions affected by unsafe or unsuitable weather may be moved to an agreed date. Final cancellation, illness and rescheduling windows should be added here.
Gallery selections and usage
Packages include the selected number of photographs. Additional selections may incur the per-image or bundle prices shown at checkout. Personal and commercial usage rights should be confirmed per package.
